| Why: | Agents work differently today than in years past. The old commission plans just don't make sense. |
| The Virtual Office: | Most agents are fully equipped from their home offices with computers, etc. They work from these offices except for some client meetings. |
| Production: | Most agents have their own production plans and client base. They are not dependent on company direction, promotion and advertising programs. |
| Interference: | Most agents do not want nor need weekly sales meetings and tours. There are other alternatives to communication, education and inventory exposure. |

Q: |
Why would I want to affiliate with a Carmichael office when I work in a different area? |
A: |
Obviously where you maintain records has nothing to do with where you list and sell Real Estate! We have associates who live and work as far from the office as Lodi to Meadow Vista, and Rancho Murieta to Dixon. |

| With present technology, agents are working from "home office environments." They no longer start at, work from and end the day in the broker's office. |
| Ironically, today's agents are still on yesterday's commission arrangements, paying for facilities, services and sales management they no longer need nor use. |
| The traditional 6% off the top and "commission splits" pay for image advertising, large unused offices and promotions designed to recruit more agents. Everyone knows it is the individual agent's efforts, programs and abilities that actually produce the results. |
